We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect.
Returned to Sender & Refused Packages
This can happen if 1) an address is invalid or missing information 2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package 3) the order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery. If an order cannot reach a customer due to an inaccurate or unreachable shipping destination one of our agents will attempt to confirm the shipping address via e-mail with the customer. If no response is received within 14 days the order will automatically be dispatched to the original shipping address. If the order is returned to our fulfillment center for a second time it will be held until such a time when the customer can provide a revised shipping destination. Refunds may be requested for the value of the item(s) only. We do not refund shipping costs for undeliverable packages.
Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. STLA does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
